Two ways to read — switch between a familiar feed and a visual grid of topics with cover images.
A real WYSIWYG editor — full rich text powered by TipTap. No Markdown anywhere — what you see is what you get. Drag, drop, or paste images and they're auto-compressed to WebP.
Blog-style opening posts — the first post of every discussion is presented like an article (cover, byline, big type), with replies below.
Reactions and an @mention autocomplete that suggests members as you type.

Full profiles — cover image, avatar, bio, stats, and a profile wall where others can post.
Direct messages — private 1:1 conversations with real-time delivery, typing-fresh threads, and unread badges.

Accessibility built in — an admin WCAG/ADA compliance panel checks your live theme's contrast and flags issues, so your community stays readable for everyone.

Members & groups — search and edit members, toggle admins, create groups, and assign them.
Categories & tags, PWA settings (upload one image → every icon size generated), site settings, and more.
One-click software updates — check for and apply new versions right from the admin, no SSH required.

⚙️ Under the hood
Convoro is engineered to run anywhere — from a $3 shared host to a tuned VPS:
Stack: Laravel (PHP 8.3+) + Inertia.js + Vue 3 + TypeScript + Tailwind.
Database: works on MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL — driver-agnostic, no raw SQL.
Runs on shared hosting: queue, cache, and sessions are database-backed by default — no Redis required. Realtime (Laravel Reverb) is optional and degrades gracefully when a host can't run it; push notifications cover the gap.
Images via GD → WebP; highly optimized payloads.
Scales up: flip on Redis + Horizon and a WebSocket server on a VPS for full realtime.
Composer-installable, with pre-built release archives planned for one-click, no-SSH installs.
